Since 18-Oct-1995 this link was fixed by W3 folks and now points to HTML Publication History.
Also, paragraph dedicated to HTML-1.0 (historical) is goner, there's HTML Publication History page (see above) devoted to, hmm, HTML Publication History.
Also, note, this new page have no pointer to HTML-1.0 at all!
